Sensational Spring Getaway: pictures do not do the house justice on just how spacious, clean and comfortable it really is. By far the best “stocked” VRBO we’ve ever stayed in (and we travel a lot)…didn’t really need to bring anything other than our personal items and clothes. Check-in with Brett was effortless and informative. He provided great suggestions for dining and activities and was always available to assist with bikes, kayaks, etc….really takes pride in this property and seems to sincerely want residence to enjoy a wonderful stay….will most definitely return.

Quiet Bay Isle Location Central to the Best of Sarasota: Everything one looks for in a VRBO experience. A unique Frank Lloyd Wright esq home. Experienced hosts that are attentive and have truly thought of everything. A heated swimming pool that the kids loved. What must be one of the best tennis courts in all of Florida. Great kayaking – we spotted dolphins, manatees and interesting birds. Good fishing right from the dock at sunset . The house is on a quiet street and is a very central location for those who wish to explore Sarasota’s best beaches, great restaurants and the Circle. Thank you Brett and Cyndi.

Truly Paradise! My husband and I were very happy staying at this property. Our hosts, Brett & Cyndi were wonderful. Brett was always available to help us with any questions. The house was well stocked and everything was in good working order. The location and neighborhood were perfect! Loved this location—very easy to be in downtown Sarasota in 10 minutes. The pool, tennis court and dock were all plusses. I would highly recommend this property!

Excellent Vacation Retreat! Great property with a very attentive and experienced host. House is in a great location for enjoying both the Siesta Key beaches and the city of Sarasota. Host has thought pretty much everything one could need to get the most out of your stay. House has a ton of character while also being well equipped with lots of modern amenities.

A Perfect Vacation! We had a wonderful stay on Bay Isle in a very nice residential neighborhood. Brett and Cyndi are extremely generous and accommodating hosts. The house (especially the kitchen) was fully equipped so that we hardly had to bring anything but our clothes. Having them right next door was very helpful and they were always willing to lend a hand. During our stay, we used their equipment to kayak, swim in the heated pool, fish, bicycle, and practice tennis using their ball serving machine. We highly recommend this home and would definitely go back!

Perfect Family Getaway: I’m only giving five stars because VRBO doesn’t let me give six. The accommodations and location all conspire to give you an incredible, unique experience and they deliver. The Robert Twitchell home, immaculately maintained, is a treat. Brett is a consummate host and goes above and beyond to make the stay as pleasant and relaxing as possible. Our family of four thoroughly enjoyed our 12 days here and my son is already asking when we can go back.

Weekend Getaway: Our stay here was nothing ordinary. Brett, the owner, made sure we had everything we needed and did everything to make our stay worthwhile! The location was close to everything despite it being more residential. The beach was just a few minutes drive. We were lucky the weather was nice while there so we got to go to the beach. There are so many things you can do in the area, from kayaks to fresh seafood restaurants. Even if you do decide to stay, there’s a private pool, tennis and basketball court right outside the house. The house was super tidy which we really loved, it felt like we never left home. This isn’t like a typical rental, everything was an upgrade and you’ll just fall in love with the architecture of the house – which for me was the highlight of our stay.

Brett was a terrific host. Great place to relax and unwind. The location is close to everything on and off siesta key. If you don’t like crowds this is the perfect place.

Mangoes in Paradise: Brett was a great host and the property was wonderful. The house has been completely remodeled on the inside with the latest amenities and fixtures but keeping the original feel of the mid century modern shell. The location to Siesta Key beaches, the village and surrounding area was perfect. The suggestions that Brett put together for restaurants and activities were excellent and highly recommend following his local expertise. Our kids loved the pool, the tennis court and the dock where we were able to catch a nice catfish and watch the dolphins play. We especially enjoyed the onsite mango tree that had delicious honey mangoes. The public beaches do get crowded during spring break so suggest getting there early for a good parking spot and best location. The house included excellent Tommy Bahama beach chairs, umbrellas and cooler which were perfect for the day on the beach.
